I help you navigate exercise options that are right for you from the comfort of your home through video conferencing or in-person training in your home gym or at Breathe Fitness, a studio in the King Edward Park neighbourhood in Edmonton. 

Guidance from a professional helps you stay on track in a safe way and supports you in moving forward with a routine that will keep you healthy and injury-free.


Mobile training

Would you prefer to train in-person at your home or your backyard*? I can come to you. This is personalized, one-on-one training that is customized to meet your goals and set you up for success. Sessions are 60 minutes and within Edmonton. *Weather permitting.

Live virtual training

This is the same personalized training you would receive if we were training in person, but it is done within your home with your own equipment through video conferencing. Sessions are 60 minutes.


 
 
 
 

My passion is training beginner and intermediate clients with health-related fitness goals. I teach you the how and why behind exercises to empower you to exercise confidently. I want you to train safely by learning proper movement patterns.

My focus is finding exercises you will enjoy and that are functional in allowing you to be stronger with everyday tasks and any other activities you choose to do. I take a client-centred approach to training in order to customize programs to help you reach your goals. Feedback about the program is always welcome.

 

 

What to expect

Our first appointment is a complimentary consultation that allows me to get to know you and learn more about what you're looking for in an exercise program. I want to gain some insight into your likes and dislikes, exercise history, and medical history. I will ensure you have medical clearance to proceed with exercise and are informed about what to expect with an exercise program.

We will also discuss assessment options that could be done in your first session. Assessments, which can include body composition, aerobic and musculoskeletal fitness assessments, are used to design your customized program, as well as measure your progress throughout your program. Then, we start working toward getting the results you're looking for.
